Guys, when you text a girl at 5pm and she hasn't replied all day with her last online shows she hasn't been online since 11am, what would you think?

For example her last seen/online is at 11am, and you texted her at 5pm. When you check later around 9pm, she hasn't opened your message and her last seen is still at 11am. What would you think? And what would you do?

Best friend? Then think she must be busy.
Girlfriend? Then I expect her to reply soon she come online and by the way I should have like little to somewhat knowledge of her busy hours n how's see doing.( Same goes for girlfriend to boyfriend that he keep her on same track with life as she doing )
Doesn't mean giving proper quick msgs ! But we'll informed both of them about each other so have no worries.
