I was texting a guy and we were having a fun convo, I told him he's attractive because it came up playfully in the conversation for some reason, and he replied "So are you" and I said "I know! jk" and he said "No you're not. You got a body"

Meaning? Also, does he seem interested?

lol... really you have to ask? it could literally mean "Yes you have a head, torso and arms and legs" or it could mean he thinks you are hot. Surely you know this...

as for being interested, probably so.
