My teacher has been looking at me more that usual and checking me out what does this mean?

Ok so I've been in school for a couple of months now and I've noticed one of my male teachers looking at me now I would not say he's bad looking most girls would die for his attention but any ways I'm fr when I say he's looks at me like a lot he will look at me right when I walk in the class room before class while I'm talking to my friends while he's teaching he even looks at me at lunch even my friends see him looking at me he has picked on me before and winked once 2 of my friends have seen him check me out before he's always standing close to me one time I asked him for help he was so close his arm was touching my arm and one time I was wearing this jacket and he walked I the class room and seen my looking at me as normal and walked by and said I like your jacket and then not even 5 mins after he said it the first time he said I really like that jacket it's nice it's got the zipper and everything he was trying to be funny and he will always try to make me laugh he will always drop stuff beside my desk and he always buds in my conversations he will even state at me fro the cornor of his eye and when he is teaching it will look like he talking to me and one time I wa talking to my friend and he was siting at his desk and he was dosed off looking straight at me with his mouth open it's kinda weird his feet are always turned to me when I talk to him he will raise his eyebrows and he will randomly help me like come to my desk and just help me... I don't know why I care so much I just kinda think it's weird and sorry it's so long but he's very young he just got out of colloge , but I don't know if something's up or not

He is Not being very professional and guys like this Teach want more than a red apple from his favorite student, who he is making Teacher's pet" for sure here, dear.
If he acts in Any inappropriate way that warrants the principal at all, the writing on the wall and all is telling me to makes sure you do your homework at that time and then go see this Higher up and cal the dogs on this pup.
