So i was sitting with a guy friend and i put my arm around his neck and then he put his arm around my waist, so we were sitting like this: Expect he had his arm around my waist, also he was a little drunk, but does it mean that he likes me? Because he doesn't really touch me that often expect when we hug or then he's afraid to mess something up?
