I work with this guy who is a few years older than me. He has been after me for probably 8 months now, but I always shut him down. He does really sweet things, like bringing me gifts and coming in just to see me. I finally agreed to go on a group date with him. During the movie, he tried to make his hand available to hold, but seemed nervous. I finally let him hold my hand. He was sweet the whole night, opening doors and giving me his jacket when I got cold. But on the ride home, it was dark and he rubbed my outer thigh for a few seconds. I didn't really respond to that, but a few minutes later, he held my hand again and that's how it was the rest of the night. Do you think he was just being sweet or just trying to get in my pants?

I'm sure he does want to have sex with you. but no man in their right mind would spend 8 months doing gentlemanly shit with the sole intention of sex and nothing else. there are plenty of other woman out there that he would not have to spend more than a couple hours to get in their pants. so yes, he wants to have sex with you. he's a man, your a woman. its programmed in our caveman brains. but he probably wants a relationship too.
