My boyfriend gets nervous when talking to other girls?

I notice it all the time, whenever he's talking to a girl that is not me (or a very close friend) he starts losing his words and act really uncomfortable. Maybe it's just when I'm around? I can't possibly know when I'm not around of course. I don't think it's me, it doesn't bother me a bit when he talks to other girls and I'd be a hypocrite if it did as most of my friends are boys. I don't consider him to be shy, what could it be?

I think he probably doesn't want you to see him as flirting with other girls. I don't intentionally flirt but I tend to compliment people a lot and I've had a lot of people assume I'm either flirting or gay. My guess is that he doesn't want to risk being seen as unloyal or as a flirt. I don't know for certain since I don't really know him, but that's my guess =3

It could be you unwittingly. I was too when my then wife was around and I was extremely nervous, but I knew why. Subconsciously I knew if I was too friendly... if I was too comfortable, accused of... Its just good common sense, keep the peace.

is he often jelous when you talk to guys. he may just feel awkward if he doesn't like it when you seem like your being flirty and doesn't want to seem that way when you're around

Not really, we have basically the same friends (both girls and guys). It's very rare for we to talk to people outside of that group, but no, he doesn't mind when i talk to other boys. Also, I consider myself a shy girl, I don't like talking much.

yeah 14-15 so still pretty young, most people around that age aren't involved with anyone romantically and even those who are still dont have enough experience to treat the opposite sex with confidence, for girls its kinda different since boys feel shy around them so girls feel superior but for boys they are kinda shy around those ages so they have no idea what to do.
