Why do these guys laugh & stare at me?

Soooo i’m still in highschool & there are these 4 guys who are annoying me for almost a year. They have the same age as me & they keep staring. But not just ones a day or twice, no. They look at me all day they start laughing, wisphering. They don’t even try to hide it? One time i was walking behind them & they looked 5 times at me & started wisphering & stuff. They even told a guy who’s 1 year older SOMETHING about me that must be very interesting cause now that guy is looking at me like i killed his dog. One time i was getting muffins & he stood there right in front of me & i was smiling cause my friend told a joke and he just kept staring in my eyes it was so awkward? There was also the creepiest thing ever i was shook. So we where about to go the science & we were walking & they were waiting for their teacher and suddenly one of the guys started making some weird noise i guess it was a wisthle or something but one day before the 1 year older dude gave a sign with the same noise to that same guy that made that noise the next day. I know. It’s complicated. Also that noise came back in lunch. They act like i’m a dog or something & it creeps me out. I hope someone can tell me why this keeps happening to me cause i don’t even know them but they just ALWAYS stare no matter how far i’m away. Even my friends are bothered by it cause they see it happening too & it’s just creepy and awkward. So please tell me something that may be helpfull?
