Are guys being honest when they say quiet/ shy girls are better in bed?

I am a shy girl, but I've never done it, so I don't know how good I am. But I always hear guys saying that shy girls are the best in bed, is it true though? If it is, why?

I think its more to do with the comparison. Its like when people say shy and quiet people are the craziest when drunk. They aren't really any crazier than anyone else, its just they're so much crazier than what they're ususlly like. People aren't used to seeing that behaviour.
Its the same with sex. When you see a quiet or shy person, you expect that to be their normal behaviour in all situations so when they get crazy in bed its a jump

It could be true particularly if what is being expressed is the appreciation that having lesser partners you chose them which makes the experience more valuable or they may be a player with hopes of a repeat performance. Perhaps a way forward is to quietly observe them when they aren't aware and see what you discover. I'm not saying become a stalker but do what you can to place your mind at ease.

Lol I’m introverted and shy af. But I’m noisy and wild in bed 😂 probably some truth to that. It’s more than likely pent up energy released at once, and hey, we don’t have to talk so it’s even better
