He can only remember how if the woman with that attitude does everything he says all the time and he gets to beat her when she doesn't listen because she is his property.
Depends on how much they should know how to fix. I can change headlights and tail lights, change a tire, replace a battery, etc. Basically the basics. Is that good enough?
If he has a job that is paying well enough he can let someone without a college education do the dirty work. Why would he put his own hands under the oil if not for a lack of education in college?
@Leimarie Nah, she's right. That's exactly how it works. People with high education spend time on brain power jobs, lower education is more about labour. Nothing wrong with either, but seeking a specialists saves time and trouble. It makes everything more efficient instead of expecting every man to be the same.
@SngBirdy It doesn't matter what I think about it, it's just an observation of life in any developed nation. Most guys that are making a lot of money are doing brainy jobs, they're not fixing stuff.
I'd say any person man or woman should know the basics of working on a such as changing a tire, and changing the oil. Beyond that it's a matter of opinion.
Nope I have no idea how to fix a car, but give me your phones/laptops/tablets etc i can fix those, and its more profitable bc EVERYONE nowadays breaks there electronics haha
Well then same would go for a woman who doesn't know how to cook, do laundry, raise kids and so on. Ohh and all of it by herself, no help allowed. I mean it's basic requirement that makes a woman a woman for me.
A man shall know how to fix a car, and also fix house stuff and workshop stuff, light a fire. I actually still don't know how to fix a car because I still can't drive but my father does
Not everyone is interested in cars. There are way to many things in this world for people to know about. You can't expect every man to know how to fix a car. Although you dont really even need to know anymore because youtube.

It's not a requirement I guess.
I don't know what kind of a man can't change a tire, jump a dead battery, or other basic car upkeep.
I'm all for man rules but being from a generation where you kinda were indoctrinated into them now you have all kinds of guys that can't fix shit.
That comes extremely low on the very bottom of my personal priorities.
LOL, I didn't know anything about cars until my tomboy girlfriend started teaching me when I was 17.
He can only remember how if the woman with that attitude does everything he says all the time and he gets to beat her when she doesn't listen because she is his property.
Thats like saying do all women supposed to know how to cook and we know that damn sure ain't true

I don't think so, since not all men have a car..
But fixing cars certainly interests me and a lot of men...
I don't decide worth of people as my SO s based off of something I can get done at mechanic's
Very sexist lol are all women supposed to know how tobe house wives lol
My mother raised me to be a housewife and I think I'm pretty good at it.
Marry me then 😂😂😂
Yeah and I want my woman to make me food because she belongs in the kitchen. Lmao
If he has a job that is paying well enough he can let someone without a college education do the dirty work. Why would he put his own hands under the oil if not for a lack of education in college?
This mentality is disgusting.

@Chreos Lmao if you think good car mechanics are "lower education".
And even if you have money, if you dont know how to change the freakin oil, you'll look like an idiot no matter what

Also business is BLOOMING

I thought so until I say some guy call his wife to change a tire.
Do you mean being reliable in general? I wouldn't put it past a person, but if they refuse to learn, that's a whole different story.
I expect anybody that owns a car to have basic mechanical skills.
Same with other basic life skills, that’s just part of being an adult
