P. S. It's a REALLY good red lipstick, like very, very red. I spent fortune on it, lol.
Guys, is it true that red lipstick on a woman is attractive?
P. S. It's a REALLY good red lipstick, like very, very red. I spent fortune on it, lol.
I have noticed that any artificial attractant works only a couple times. It is true by studies that red lips signal for sexual arousal but when simulated it really functions on shock effect and will dissipate as it is worn repetitively. No woman’s lips are as red as red lipstick no matter how fertile or aroused she is so the effect on a male/(maybe female) is over stimulation similar to drinking too much. If you keep drinking too much habitually, eventually the effects are null by exhausted chemistry. So, you spent a lot of money on it and I believe it works but it is fleeting on the same group (test subjects). It is best applied in new outings.
I love red lipstick on girls definitely my favourite in that sense, and there are many shades of red. Red is great colour as a whole. Research shows girls get most attention when wearing red so it should not be surprising red lipstick is more arousing. What colour are lips? :)
Yeah that's exactly what I read! :D
Red lipstick with few other products can look really good. I don't like when girls cake their face with fake brows, contour and lots of eyeshadow and top it off with red lipstick.
That red lipstick on your profile picture looks really beautiful :)
I think it depends on a person face. I'm personally bit a fan of red lipstick on everyone.

Yes, it is. In nature red often times means fertile. For plants (look at fruit-colours, blossoms, etc.) as well as for animals. Additional for mankind it also means arousal.
This psychological reaction of men also has been researched a while ago. Essentially women who use red lipstuck (and red brush on their cheeks) say "I am fertily and willing to do something about it".
See his talk about the matter: (about 1:30 he goes specifically into it)
Yes, red specifically. I heard that there’s a biological basis for the color red specifically because red indicates blushing of the face and cheeks during arousal and also signals how ripe a fruit is. So, taking this information into account it makes sense that the color red in lipstick touches so primal/evolutionary emotion within men when it comes to attraction and arousal.
I learnt somewhere, can't remember where, that there is subliminal psychology at play when women wear lipstick. Apparently men can't help feeling aroused when they see an opening surrounded by lips... and if those lips are painted it makes the arousal even more acute. That might explain why your co-worker was so transfixed.
It is totally opposite. I hate lipsticks that completely change the colour of her lips
What makes red lipstick sexy?
We find it sexy bcoz it leaves marks on our body.
Red lipstick is sexy because it boosts our confidence about our sexual excitation.
Because when we are sexually excited, we won't care about anything that is applied on the woman's lips, we will simply eat (swallow) it along with her lips.
Red lipstick makes us feel confident about our desires and sexual excitation
That's why it is sexy.
Red lipstick does not look attractive
I repeat, red lipstick does not look attractive
It looks like clown.
yes, draws the eye there... and you have full lips, so that makes more to draw eye. I'd wonder if the color is cultural, or across the spectrum of humanity. Red is very visible, a warm color... e. g. stimulates, inviting.
There are good and bad shades..., I think they say different things. agree?
They took more notice of it cause you never wear it.
I think it depends on the situation. If you're going out or on a date, great. If you're just going shopping it's a bit much. Red lipstick is a bit suggestive, it's showy so it needs to be worn at the right times.
I don't know about lipsticks but it's a proven fact that red is the colour of attractiveness.

Red is the colour of love. Dunno about arousing me, but I definitely find it a nice touch on elegant women, more so than not wearing lipstick at all. Some guys hate this, but I love the idea of a girl kissing my cheek (or anywhere) & getting lipstick on it; it’s a nice reminder of that sexy moment when I see my reflection, or just makes me look like a legend to everyone else who notices it on me 😜
Yes. There is a deeper meaning of red lipstick identify by social scientists.
A lot of makeup is intended to subconsciously reference sexual signals. For example, blush is intended to represent the facial flushing of a female after orgasm.
Red lipstick is intended to subconsciously remind men of a women's sexually aroused liabia.
Yes, Red Lipstick is very attractive & I find it sexy! A womans lips are very sensual and the red lipstick accentuates them making them look very kissable!
When a woman is ovulating her lips naturally turn more red, that's the biological reason for red lipstick being a turn on for men. It's what it's designed to mimmick.
There are different shades of red, I like a more subtle red so it doesn't look too much. Lip gloss send to be more commonly used today, and I think it looks amazing
Not to me. It's the one color actually I think women shouldn't wear (compared to others). But that's me. I think a lot of guys do like it. I just don't see it, whatever it is that does it for them.
red lipstick is attractive, even a little suggestive. But red lipstick also can be easily over done, and not look very attractive.
Of course it's attractive. When a woman is aroused more blood flows into her face and lips, and so they turn more red. Also red lips is a sign of youth. So we are biologically wired to recognize it and be attracted to it.
I do appreciate a strong, red lipstick. It suits almost all women, but it suits women with fair skin and dark hair particularly well.
I’ve got a few shades of red lippy in my makeup drawer that I use from time to time but I haven’t noticed being looked at any different.
Talking about Rouge Louboutin satin? Guerlain or YSL? Dior is ok but louboutin is the absolute statement in glossy satin red.
I prefer the authentic look myself. Real people > plastic dolls. That being said, if it isn't too distracting or obviously fake it wouldn't be a deal breaker.
It kind of depends on the skin tone. It looks really good on pale skin women. For darker/tan skin, not so much. If that is you in your pic than it would probably look really nice.
