Why don’t guys care when other guys impregnate women and then leave?

Or when they purposefully impregnate their girlfriend, only to leave them out to dry once the pregnancy is over? Many guys will defend the “men” who do this, claiming it’s: “Because pro-choice.” and: “Men have a right to leave after a pregnancy if they don’t want the baby.”

Women will call out other women for being horrible mothers to their children, so tell me, why don’t guys care?

I hate to get all opinionated about values and all, but...

I was raised by a father who was a Real Man (tm). He told me that if I ever knocked anybody up and left, that he would find me and break my fucking legs so I couldn't run away from my responsibility as a father again. Because we never actually see those guys, they are long gone and unidentifiable in the real world mostly. Those guys are scum of course but we only get to see the women bitching about how their shitty life choices have repercussions when it comes to their social and economic lives as well as their limited dating choices.
