Boyfriend's friend told me he “tried to cheat on me” months ago but is just now telling me? Does he like me?

Hey everyone. I would figure to ask guys this because they probably know more about this than i do. So, my boyfriends friend basically told me there was a girl in his town that wanted to have sex with him, but apparently, his friend talked to him and told him how “i’m a good girl and i’m badass and he should drop the idea”. And his friend said he dropped it. But i started to notice something, his friend i think was lowkey trying to hit on me. (note, i’m a minor and the guy is in his early 20s) he was telling me that “you’re badass and a cool as chick but i can’t say more than that because you’re young. He would also say things like “and i can’t even talk about your body” and he told me how him and his friend seen me a while back and his friend said “damn that bitch is hot” and then he told me “but i can’t even begin to tell you what i was thinking” He basically kept saying things like that but kept adding “but you’re young” or “i’m not gonna say much more. Do you think that he likes me and is trying to break me and my boyfriend up? My boyfriend is kind of an awkward guy and we live in a small town and i really couldn’t think of any girls who would sex him (no offense) I haven’t told my boyfriend the things he said because i suggested to him that maybe he said you tried to cheat because he likes me, to which my boyfriend replied “i don’t want to think about him liking you” which is why i don’t want to tell him the things he said, because my boyfriend originally planned to not say anything but i feel like if i tell my boyfriend that he will definitely say something and start drama. What do you guys think? I genuinely trust my boyfriend and we would know if one another was cheating because we have each other’s passwords to everything. He has never shown “signs of cheating” either.
