Is 6' tall and 250 lbs considered "BIG" for a man?

I'm 6' 250lbs in mostly muscle with a 22" shoulder width and people who know me in person call me a "big guy," even the people at my MMA gym call me a "big guy."

I never really thought of myself as a "big guy," I might consider myself fairly large compared to the average western man (5'9 190lbs), but not monstrously huge.

I am 5 ft 11 and weigh 260. When I was younger, I got into power lifting and put on lots of mass to lift the weight. I stayed that way for decades. So, no your not really big brother. Enjoy it and make it look good.

I think 6'0 is tall but not ridiculous but when you say that you weigh 250lbs, yeah, that makes me think you would be considered a big guy.

You're not tall, but you're definitely a big guy, since you're almost considered tall and you weigh 250 lbs that includes a decent amount of muscle. So yeah you're big for a man.
