A guy sexually attracted only to one girl?

I have a guy friend that I'm secretly have a crush on, he's single and currently doesn't have any romantic feelings for anyone, or so he says. we're really close and always tell everything. He told me that he only sexually attracted to this one girl that he's so afraid to be with her alone. He used to be close to her too but now he keeps her at arms length. He never says he loves or likes her, but he said he's just like too sexually attracted to her. I do pay attention to his behavior, he doesn't really like to touch girls when communicating in general and when he's touched he doesn't react but when it comes to this girl, he would go shiver just from a light brush.

Is it possible a guy could be too sexually attracted to just one girl without having any feelings for her?

He's a closed off and doesn't like to talk about romantic feelings whatsoever so I wanna know if it's really true or he's just in denial?

I think there's not much to say and do rather than wait it out if you are insisiting on trying it with this guy. But id say to try and shift your interest over and maybe he will change his mind eventually and youl get a chance.

Right now though that guy most likely won't change his mind for a while by the sound of it

Men can't be sexually attracted to just one girl. So if he's saying that then it's not just sex but emotions also (even he don't know it).
