Why does my best friend teases me when he knows I have feelings for him?

We had a discussion on my feelings topic in January, but he said we still have time of three years until graduation to think of it. So he just supported me in healing and we are still great friends. Yesterday we were talking what we plan to study or job after graduation and he asked me if I wanted to do MBA? When I answered I'll decide in my last year, he answered: Get married after that" ... Why would he say that when he knows I have feelings. I answered don't bother me with this line. He replied: okay" then he said "Whateverr you say I'll keep bothering :P " Later on I told him This hurts :") and he said... Im sorry I won't say that again. Dont botherr yourself Ill take care of it. WhY DID HE DO THIS ALL?

I wouldn't take it seriously at this point - my philosophy is - if a guy likes you - he will keep repeating his interest til you are aware of it - and if it isn't obvious - he will work hard to make it obvious - don't take subtle things seriously - wait for the guy to make himself obvious - and tune him out until it is obvious.

Allow me to disagree with you there. Many guys especially teenagers have trouble expressing their feelings and so subtle hints is all they can come up with. I'm not saying it's definitely something but he might like her without making it obvious

He is building himself up. He enjoys that you don't like the teasing, you like him. When he said " get married after that". He was looking for a answer from you and you gave him the correct answer which reinforced his feelings for you. He knows that you are his a you show it to him.

But that's a common joke people make, I've used it tons of times on girls I liked and girls I didn't just the same.
