You told him that you didn't want sex before marriage. Not many men are willing to accept that (personally I think it's a really bad idea in many ways) so a relationship was never an option for him. By having sex with him you gave him mixed signals so he took what he wanted and moved on. Yeah it was a dick move, he should have respected your decision not to to have sex before marriage and stay away from you. You have nothing to apologize for. But by sending mixed signals like that you're opening yourself up for being taken advantage of. If you adopt a choice like that you should stick with it for your own sake.

He’s not a serious guy he’s doesn’t want to get married
I had something similar happen to me, though I didn't react in the same way. I ended up speaking with him and we worked it out. Considering that you've known this man for 8 years, I would imagine your relationship would allow for some heart to heart.
Did you ask why he was in such a rush to leave?
Did you tell him you were hurt?
I feel like there isn't enough information here to really say what happened, though I admit, it does sound pretty damning.
I’m sorry girl but he’s a dick. What’s happened now has happened and you can’t change the past. Use it as a learning experience. We have to learn somehow.
