Why would he tolerate my games for months but now he said he’s done?

My guy friend said either he found another girl that isn’t gonna play with him or he’s genuinely tired of the bullcrap.
At first it was all romantic, dates, and princes treatment then I did play with him when I started playing he started using me.

Games include
blocking unblocking, sexting then blocking, disappearing then reappearing, flirting with someone that doesn’t like him, talking to his friend after reassuring him that I’d never want to talk to another guy when I’m already talking to “this fly guy I like”, letting him know in a sneaky way that I talk to a bunch of others guys, disappearing for a month after telling him “you’re mine”
I told him I wanna hang out I’m not hooking up anymore or travelling all the way to his house
he said to me “why on earth in my right mind would I want to keep talking to you after all of this? If you want some fun you know where to come” ...
he told me he doesn’t believe that I have feelings for him because every time I say that I go do the opposite. He said “I don’t see that you care” but if I didn’t care why would I stay up all night talking to him and drive him places and hook up with him?
I was thinking well you stayed for long enough...
by the way: he played games too, it takes two to tango.
