So there was a lot of flirting with a guy for 7 months (he works in local shop). He is leaving to go back home now that the borders are open ( he lives in a different country).
He upped the anti with the flirting, and I said I would go for it. We went on a date it was great, we had really good chemistry and ended up hooking up (he only has two weeks left in this country).
We met again for another date, hooked up again and he stayed the night and cuddled the whole night. He hung around the next morning and said how he was so nervous to ask me out and that he was happy I felt the same. He was very affectionate in the morning, he messaged most of that evening and then went silent until I went into the shop the next day (he gave me a cake and said he was waiting for me to come in) he still ignored my message (but had been online) until Sunday then responds and asks did I want to hang out again (I wasn't free) so we picked the next day.
About a half and hour or maybe more before we are due to meet he cancels and says he will explain tomorrow. He asked to reschedule. What is happening? I am feeling very suspicious and just really want your thoughts or to validate what I believe is happening.

As in he didn't enjoy his time with me. He was just playing up to it and now with cancelling its his way of getting me to cancel or not hanging out again
Huh? What you said doesn't even make sense. Why don't you at least wait to see what he says. Canceling to get you to cancel? Come on now, that sounds like some female strategy... guys don't think like that.
