I’m confused about a man in my life. We flirt like crazy and then we fall out because he says something that annoys me.

He will stare at me, laugh at my jokes, wink at me etc etc etc.

Recently I stopped talking to him because he said he didn’t like me in that way.

and today I spilt some drink on me and he laughed, came up to me with a tissue and started dabbing at my breasts.

I reallllly don’t understand

Why do you say he's hot and cold, you're the one that just said you stopped talking to him because you got pissed off about something. You're as hot and cold as he is.
