Guys, I just broke up with my ex last week he ended it, and we have been in no contact since, how fast do you guys normally move on?

2 days ago he texted me and said that he removed me from instagram and unfollowed me. because he was compelled to keep checking my instagram post/ stories and also he's checking whether I'm looking at his post or not and he doesn't like that feeling. I still miss him a lot, and I know that he said he can't see a future with me but he's very much love me. I just wonder sometimes whether there will still be chance or not?
