I work as a promoter in a shop, and there is this guy, who also is a promoter, who would sometimes approach me but then go away without saying a word, other times while approaching me if I look at him he'd stare at me with a blank face. We do talk to each other and he seems to be a nice guy. What do you think about his behavior? Why does he blankly stares at me?
