Guys, He does things with everyone out side of work... except with me. Does he dislike me?

So I have this coworker that I really like. I realized today that he does things with coworkers out side of work, but he has never hung out with me alone. We've smoked together in group settings. He has made the comment, "we should hang out," then has canceled on me twice. I can't help but think he dislikes me, but it's never seemed that way while we are around each other. He's always so nice to me, and funny too.

Some people are just not comfortable being one on one with someone of the opposite sex. Especially if they have feelings for that person. It seems to be more and more common these days. Between the pandemic, texting and social media communication skills are going by the way side

There is a lot less pressure communicating with someone you don’t have any romantic feelings for. But there is nothing worse than not vibing with someone you like and having moments of awkward silence. But at the end of the day if he likes you he needs to suck it up and show it.
