The way I read this (based ONLY on what you wrote here remember) is: Your ex fuck buddy has no problem sharing you with his friends. Assuming it wasn't your ex fuck buddy, his friend certainly had his 'go ahead' before messaging you.
Either way, If you still like this dude. You should work on changing that. Either it was him (and he's an immature dumbass) or it was his friend (in which case he considers you a whore who his friend can try and fuck too). Regardless... doesn't sound like he's worth emotional investment. Just my opinion, you're welcome to roll your eyes and dismiss it. 🙂
