How do I stop comparing myself to the girls he follows on Instagram when they’re fit and muscular like he is and I’m different?

Not models or influencers just like normal attractive girls who seem to be as dedicated to gym as him I just started going but i find myself pushing him away and being very rude to him and mean because I KNOW physically I’m not his type, he would never tell me this but I can tell he claims he loves me and he he loves me for the heart I have the the personality and kindness I shown him and the bond we have. He is never ever mean to me back though so I know he does care.. about my feelings and doesn’t want me to feel that way

I kind of try to use the need to compare to stop focusing on the person and focus on what insecurity I have that caused me to compare and what I can do to fix it for me that’s taking better care of my body and maybe realising I should try stop looking at who he follows as really, that’s his business

I know I likely deserve every second of distance he gives me. he said “so how long is this gonna continue, just so I know, us going round in circles where you’re mean to me and I say nothing back and you keep it how long do you plan on keeping it up just so I know”
