What problem he has with me?

I have feelings for this guy. when He first approached me he was kind, sweet and welcoming after some minutes into the conversation he was very sexual and I did not like it so. I ignored it but he did not get get the hint I blocked him after 3-4 days of conversation. It really hurt me that he was direct in sexual approach. In social he tried to show that he was sexual towards me but did nor communicate. So I asked why did he talked to me that way and did he think I was casual - hookup kind of girl, he told me that he did not think like that and he was not in right mind so his attention and attraction was in our conversation. After that I confessed he was on my mind to this he replied is it good way or bad way, I did not understand so I said I do not know, he said he was only friendly with me, hearing this I did not proceed with my confession as I knew he does not like me, so I said you do not have to worry My mind I will handle it. After that I blocked him again and never contacted him. still after 1 years of no contact we met at friendly gathering he initiated conversation but attitude was kind of hostile towards me. His friends says I hurt his ego that is why he does not like.(e. g: in some social he initiated conversation and I ignored him infront of his friends). he rejected my feelings yet he is one who is angry with me.

Ok, this is just my opinion, but from a guy's point of view, sometimes, but certainly not always, trying to bring up sexual topics in a conversation with a girl is considered (again, from a guy's point of view) to be a sign of treating, or having the desire of treating the girl as "one of their own", his "inner circle" so to speak, in a sense that if a guy only has superficial relationship with say his coworkers, regular friends, drink buddies, etc., he may not be able to "get comfortable" and talk about intimidate things, but if he already considers/wants to consider someone as his close friend or confident, he is more likely to be more honest and open in talking about intimate things he cannot talk with anyone else. It does not necessarily mean he thinks the girl is easy or just wants to "get a quick one", though such idea may certainly be on his mind. Unfortunately such a guy behavior usually ends up badly. I made such mistake in the past and some of my female friends told me they experienced similar things from their male friends as well.

As to why he is pissed at you, it makes sense too. He asked whether it was a good or bad way with your perception of him because you were vague and he wanted to make sure he did not piss you off, and wanted to make sure there was no bad will. When he said he only wanted to be friendly with you, the way I understand it, it was him apologizing as he had no intention of pissing you off and just wanted to be friendly - in a sense that he wants to act like a friend, buddy, not in a sense that he does not like you or reject your feelings. However you seem to have taken it the wrong way, and blocked him. He must have felt you were such a rude person, and that must have left a bad taste in his mouth as to what kind of person he perceived you to be.

The situation is it is not whether I perceived him as a good or bad guy. He did not reciprocate my feelings and it was getting hard for me to move on when he was infront of me, so I blocked him. I only blocked him after several months of my confession. when I saw him that he was not helpful and friendly as well. It was heartbreaking for me he did not care enough to act as a friend as well.
