Why does my coworker flirt with me but talk to me about his girlfriend?

So we flirt with each other A LOT.
Especially him….
I didn’t know he had a girlfriend to begin with and I feel like he has led me on.

So I backed off because he’s actually a really nice guy and I do like him a lot and have feelings for him. But obviously I wouldn’t go there knowing he has a girlfriend.

Now he keeps flirting with me one day then the next day all he talks about is what him and his girlfriend are doing at the weekend and it’s really getting to me as I do have feelings for him.

Why would he keep bringing her up? And how can I distance myself even though I have to see him 6 days a week 🙄

You be honest with him, I can't flirt with you anymore because you have a girlfriend, I don't want you flirting with me either. It was fun when I didn't know you had a girlfriend but my conscience won't let me do it anymore so please stop
