What do you think of a guy I know saying that if I become an asshole, I would get hookups and a girlfriend?

He said once he became an asshole he got hookups by numerous women and he got a girlfriend. He says how guys that are assholes get hookups the easiest out of all men and get a romantic relationship nthe easiest out of all men.

I got laid with one chick and maked out with the same chick. No other hookups and making out with other chicks before and after that. I never had a girlfriend.

It sounds like he believes in “good guys finish last”. Not all women are attracted to that. Who exactly are you expected to be an asshole to? Other guys or to girls? To be honest my husband falls into the asshole category. If I compared him to anyone it would be The Monkey King (before his enlightenment). But he’s never treated me as anything other than a queen. I never would of looked his way if he treated me like an asshole.
