If she didn't have any confirmation that it's okay for her to share that information, then yes, it is an invasion of privacy and definitely disrespectful towards you. Whether that is reason enough for a breakup is up to you though.

it depends on your situation. im well off so she can tell who she likes idc. but if she's talking about it in a negative/joking way and you're uncomfortable with it its a huge red flag.
