honestly i have never used this one before. usually giving them a cold shoulder gets the message across that i am not up for chatting or bonding.

this isn't about me. some neighborhood girl rejected my brother's friendliness saying the above shit. he passed the exam with flying colours, but he got a bit upset by one of his cute classmates telling him this. I dunno what exactly happened, but the girl seems to dislike him for the sake of dislike. he won't tell me coz i ain't exactly a warm person either, should i pry?

First of all you have a delusion that you're not warm. You need to stop investing time into your brother if he doesn't want your warmth. Now for the real part, you probably feel this way because of previous abusive relationships where the other person took advantage of you or people you see everyday tell it to you eg. your mom or dad.

Now for this, a girl who legit says that in real life probably wants to be left alone and that's completely okay. Maybe she has some other ambitions except making friends but look, she's probably trying to have an emotional impact on your brother and she succeeded just know that she needs to be left alone maybe there's something more important for her.

For the phrase in itself though, you know the phrase is something many do to try to intimate someone. Tell your brother that bitch ain't shit and tell him cause I said so. Tell him that there is always a way to be a better person no matter what the situation is while having self respect.

Tell him that the least he can do is stop pursuing this girl and make him watch some porn you find sexy for women men if he's gay but yeah, that's literally the best way to deal with that. Me personally have never really did this kind of approach but I know he's a child, this is how you get rid of it.

Last resort is open up to a counsellor about it, or the school principle and change places if she bullies him. Tell him to have a phone with him at all times and audio record stuff since he can reflect on the things later on by seeing the situation later.

She's not being rude; maybe she genuinely is not interested in friends right now and has other things to focus on in life.
Heck, I'll be real, I say that all the time on here and online! It's not being mean; it just means you're not in the mood to deal with or befriend someone right now. Or maybe you don't feel like you would click with said person (friendship wise or more). I've definitely had situations like that to where someone wanted to befriend me, but I KNEW we didn't have much in common and it would be a waste of time on both of our parts.
