Girl asks guy out for drinks and he never responds?

I met a friend of a friend at a wedding the other day, the entire reception he wouldn’t take his eyes off me everywhere I went. He awkwardly tried to make and avoid eye contact for hours. He barely talked to anyone and came alone. I hear he is more than single. Eventually spent 15 minutes standing on the edge of the dance floor watching me dance (was not a huge wedding there was another guy and girl also dancing, we were trying to keep the party going) eventually he joins in and starts to dance with me, after some time he is twirling me and dancing with me all over the dance floor. Then a specific drinking game song comes on at the end and ends everyone dancing just before the end of the wedding. He joins the bridal party at the bar afterwards, goes out of his way to sit next to me but can barely make eye contact and stares intensely at the two guys in the band playing, then leaves without saying goodbye to anyone. And one point I was shoved into him by a drunk person and I apologize and he says it’s quiet alright. A few days later I add him as a friend on Facebook and message him to come get drinks sometime if he feels like it. A few days later he has never open my message but is frequently online. At this point I’m over it I’m more than attractive and fit. He is clearly very socially shy, should he ever say anything back do I entertain it or blow it off. What is going on?
