I've worked in the same office as this guy for about 6/7 and he talks to every girl except me. He stares at me and i stare back and we hold it for a while but nothing after that!! he's seen guys hit on me before too but doesn't ever approach me. The furthest we have ever gotten was a stare! He also mentioned to one girl at work that he was dating (at the time) that he thinks another girl in the office is good looking and described her and it matched my appearance. Also last week i was going down the stairs and he was coming up. We were alone. And when he saw me we made eye contact and he turned around, went back down and stood there , waited for me to go down first. Im literally unsure of whether he's just creeped out by my stares and was avoiding me in the stairs, or if he likes me and it was a sign of respect? He also talks to one girl at work now who he may be hooking up with but whenever i walk by them he stares at me. Im just not sure.

I think he has a thing with this girl in the office. He is usually flirting with her. But then again he changes girls like every month. Its just never me!! And its odd because not to brag but Im the best looking one so i just dont get it.
