Why do I feel warm and really happy after talking with girls?

These girls are only those girls with whom I enjoyed talking at least once. They may be known or unknown to me.

But after talking with them even for 20 minutes, I feel good and happy and just want to talk more with them.

Is it a teenage thing, or is common across all age groups? Or are my hormones doing their thing?
