Boyfriend deleting messages on Instagram between him and some girls?

2 months ago I found out he has deleting messages between this other girl let’s just call her lizzy. I confronted him and he told me it was nothing and he does that all the time because it bothers him. I told him to stop doing that because it makes me have trust issues he later on apologized yet today I found out he has done this with 2 other girls? One of the girls he has done it with let’s call her bella, he deleted his messages between him and Bella? And he also disabled Bella from viewing his stories ( he didn’t block her there is this option on Instagram where u can disable certain people from viewing your story) I got confused because he posts me on his story (what if he disabled her from viewing his story bc he doesn’t want her to find out about me and him or something?) plus bella used to follow me than she unfollowed me? Again I got mad because I told him I have trust issues but I don’t want to seem to controlling shoild I be concered?

Sounds like he’s flirting with other women on social media and trying to hide it. I would have a long talk with him and if the issues don’t seem to be resolved or given a logically good reason why the messages are disabled, I’d dump him.
