I like this colleague, but never had a chance to talk too much to him. We sometimes chat a bit online but always about work. One day I was thinking about him again because I like him, I didn’t know if I should send him a message about my private life this time instead of work related topics. Then all of a sudden I received a message from him with a picture what he was doing right now. Does it mean that he likes me as well?

Yes and he is including you in his random day. This usually means that he has internalized you in some way. There is something about you that he has bonded too. It could be your butt, graciousness, or aptitude…🤷🏻‍♂️ I hope “you like him.” 🙃😍
