Calls me funny while making out what does this mean?

I recently hooked up with a guy, however when we first started making out in his kitchen while in the middle of picking out wine and trying to drink it during the i between gaps of picking wine and pouring it and making out. As we were making out he kept saying “you’re funny” 2-3 times

any thoughts on what he meant or what he was saying? Without the literal explanation of you’re funny?
