Guys, Where can I find a Asian guy in DC who likes Latino women or tan women?

I see a lot of Asian men with skinny white women and very few with black women or women of color that are Latino. So I am wondering are we just in polar opposite directions in our life’s where it’s impossible to date or go out with a handsome Asian man just because of my race?
