I texted him thank you for a great date and he said he had a nice time "hanging out" I haven't heard from him in 2 days - is he disinterested? if so, I won't reach out again, or as a lady, should I reach out again? I think a guy would make it clear if he likes you. Thoughts?
Depends. Do you want to have a guy you have to beg to remember/notice you? Or a guy who is into you enough to make an effort? If you want the second kind of guy then don't contact him again... unless he contacts you.
And if he waits weeks/months to contact you, ignore him. You can do better.
You should message him again, it might shed more light on whether he is interested or not. Difficult to know based on your last messages, as the date sounded like it went well.
