Who do the guys I like always fall for other girls no matter what I do?

I’m pretty, sociable, smart, and funny. Making friends is easy for me and most people tend to really like me but that never seem to translate to guys I like. I almost always choose some quiet introvert who usually doesn’t talk to many girls if any at all. This isn’t an indictment I know they’re not suddenly gonna fall in love with me because of that but these aren’t “crazy out of my league” guys. Even if I get to him first like I’ll be the first girl to go up and talk to him and I’ll feel we click it’ll always get ruined and he’ll end up with some other girl or with suddenly be surrounded by a bunch of girls (happened twice) or I haven’t talked to him and I’m planning to go up bam the next day he’s with a girl. I don’t like the guys that approach me but it never works out with the ones I like. I’ve come to the conclusion if I have interest in any guy I just try to forget about it because I know as soon as I like him the bad luck will begin and end up on confusing not even friendly terms. What do I even do?

It’s happened over and over again I’ll get popular guys interested in me but never more introverted quiet ones even if approach them first. Other half the time as soon as I like a hell suddenly start being friends with a girl.

Maybe you're giving him a confidence boost and since they weren't madly in love with you or whatever end up finding someone else thanks to that confidence boost
