So I've face this for a year and i wonder if this normal for guys with their coworkers. My male coworker sometimes like to give blank stare at me. When i ask if he need something, he takes a few seconds to answer my question or sometimes he don't even answer it. What's more, when he's in a good mood, he likes to call my name and stare at me without saying anything when I look at him. This always make me feel shy and submissive.
Sometimes he like to ask some random questions and the answer really "out of the box".. we also have a bit argument about small things or topic that we discuss (this happen everyday). Sometimes I don't know how we still can work, chat and laughs together.
I admit sometimes i think he kind of attractive, dominant and funny but sometimes his attitude make me annoyed and want to punch his face.
