Should I let it go?

So I am a female pretty short and sometimes soft spoken. This leads to me being in situations where I get the short end of the stick. People will do things or take things from me and just not care. There are 3 guys I know from home and they happend to use a product of mine. I only paid 20$ for it but it’s the principle. They laughed about it when I asked for my money back and also laugh when they see me. My blood is boiling about it. I can’t do much though. I try to pick my battles and this is one it seems I probably wouldn’t win. They are “hood” and I have heard somethings about them so I prefer to not put myself in danger but I hate that they feel they can take things from me no consequence. I almost want to go back to that day and do more but I was drunk. I don't know should I just let this one go? It wouldn’t even bother me as much if they didn’t take me as a joke. I hate it. I dont like being played with or the butt of the joke
