There’s a guy I’m seeing that I like a whole lot. We started dating/hanging out over a year ago. It wasn’t exclusive or anything, but we talked everyday, saw each other at least once a week. I felt like we were growing and things were great. About 3 months in, he breaks it off with me. He told me it was because we were neighbors and it was too close to home for him. My gut told me it had something to do with another woman, and I shortly found out I was right. We remained cordial, because 1) we’re neighbors , and 2) we were actually good friends. Fast forward 4 months-he comes back. Seemed innocent and friendly at first until I ended up in his bed. I thought maybe we just slipped up and it was a one time thing but nope. I looked up and I was back in his bed at least once a month, a communication picked back up including hanging out BUT not as heavy as it was the first time around. This all confused me because I’m still his neighbor, and he claimed that’s why he stopped seeing me the first time. I felt like he purposely keeps his distance this time around. Curious, I brought this up to him and he says “I like where we’re at. The last time you kinda started to trip and spaz out on me”. So now I’m at a loss. Why come back to me then? Does this dude even like me? Or am I just pass time?
Superb Opinion
Someone who likes you should threat you better then laying you once a month, but when you get sincere "spazzy or what ever he wants to call it" He wants things where they are.
I would not waste my time on someone who could not take the time to be more precise for 5 minutes with what they want.
Then again, I don't hang out on terms like "fuck pals" even though it's nice. By experience somebody always gets hurt in the end. And that's not worth my time or energy either.
