What is the deal with this?

So I have been talking to this guy, and he is not currently available due to certain circumstances. I told him in order to be with me, things need to change. Fast forward about a week later, and I post something on Insta that he thought was me flirting with someone else, and he gets mad since he thought it was immature of me to post something like that where he would see it.

I can see his side of it, but 1.) The post was not towards anyone in particular, and 2.) I am single, and I should be able to look good in a dress and feel free to post about it. If I wasn't single, different story. I don't like posting pics that are slightly revealing when I'm in a relationship. But that isn't the story here. I am single. ANYWAY. I try to explain the situation to him, but he constantly kept reading and not responding.

So I decide to ask if I can call him later so we can skip the middleman of texting, and actually get this issue resolved. He agreed... then never responded when we set the time to call. Later told me he got sick, and it's been kicking his arse lately. Then I said the whole situation is stressing me out since he said he was reconsidering everything. Then I told him he needs to contact me if he wants to get this resolved since I have already tried a lot to get this worked out. Haven't heard a word since, and it's been a full day now. He read the message too, so he knows what needs to be done. Thoughts?

Girl that is waaaay too much time and energy you’re giving a man who won’t commit. Yes you’re single but given all that back and forth you sure aren’t acting like it. If he doesn’t want to be with you, cool, show him what it’s like to be your friend, which means less availability and prioritization from you. Focus on yourself, and find a man who’s on the same page. Just stop feeding that dude all that undeserved attention and stressing yourself out, there is literally no benefit or point.

Honestly I wouldn’t even let him come back if I were you. He’s done way too much game playing and I can almost guarantee if he does reach out, it won’t be to start a relationship and only further waste your time. He’s already created such a wishy/washy pattern of picking and choosing when to talk and when to leave you on read. That’s just so immature and you can do a lot better.❤️

I think it is when I’ve told him it’s stressing me out that he’s not trying to work it out with me. In my mind, if he cared, he would want to talk it out as soon as possible
