Should I ask him why we haven’t gone out yet?

So I’ve been talking to this guy for about a month now and we didn’t hangout yet every time I ask him he says he works mon to Friday and weekends he’s usually drunk so he can’t drive to me like he’s always got an excuse should I ask him why?

been there, done that. he doesn't want to go out with you. he's stringing you along. he probably is doing this to multiple girls. don't waste any more of your time! any guy that would actually want to hang out with a girl wouldn't put getting drunk as a priority instead of her.
