My feelings are hurt. Maybe I’m just overthinking but I don’t think so. This man I been hooking up with for 3 years ( I’ve known him for 15) had had a rough year. He lost and aunt, an uncle, his best friend and the day after Christmas his dog he had for over 10 years had to be put down. I get we’re just fuck buddies but he recently told me he loves me in a text. I don’t say it to him. He kisses me on my forehead when I leave his house. He is very sweet to me. I’m saying this so you’ll get the picture. I text him this morning and said this “I’m just thinking about you and I’m sorry you’ve endured so many loses this year. I hope next year is a way better year for you. I’m praying for you and I appreciate you in my life.❤️” I got no response at all. It’s been 12 hours. Like no thank you. I appreciate you too. Nothing. My feelings are hurt. I could say if we haven’t known each other for so long and haven’t been being intimate for so long I mean damn I would text this to a coworker so I don’t see why he would be freaked out or anything.
