"Women aren't funny"

I beg to differ. I just saw someone in here roast an old scrote and they said "geriatric asscheeks" and if that's not fucking hilarious I don't even know what is. Places like FemaleDatingStrategy are great for strategy and venting about male behavior, but the humor that comes with it all really lifts me the most some days. I appreciate it so much I had to make a post because it is so absurd how little credit we get for being goddamn hilarious. Laughter heals me and some of the queens on here are so witty and funny. It's beautiful we can enter this space and easily banter with each other. Frankly it's what we deserve-- I've seriously had enough of men jumping in and making crappy "jokes" that don't hit and everyone awkwardly laughs at just to protect their egos. They have no idea what humor is, seems like 90% of their material is just punching down or repeating something they heard/saw. Take it with a reallll tiny grain of salt if a man tells you you aren't funny. He's just jealous that you're wittier than him.

Tbh I don't think women in general are funny. Men are funnier. That doesn't mean that every man is funny. Most men aren't funny either. It's just that there are more men that are funnier. And there are more professional comedians that are funnier than professional female comedians. The only funny female comedians were the ones in old comedy sitcoms. Comedy was way funnier then in general.

What I am tired of hearing is ugly guys saying all women want is a 6ft, handsome, wealthy guy with a great big package.

It's not true that women can't be funny. I've known some very funny women. But on average it is true that men are funnier. I really don't know why, but they are.

What I'm tired of hearing is that women are oppressed or disadvantaged and have it harder than men. That used to be true, but not anymore in the West. Men just face different challenges than women can't relate to, and our gynocentric society doesn't acknowledge or talk about.

Women are not funny. There is always an exception to that rule, but that’s an exception. Women are just not funny.

That's true. Some women are funny. Men aren't funny either though. But I do think there are more men than women that are funny (I'm only referring to non professional comedians... regular people)
