Why would he stop viewing my snap stories?

A guy I’ve been sleeping with a long time - friends with benefits - always used to check my snap- sometimes multiple times a day- has suddenly stopped. Nothing for over a week. The last time we saw each other we had sex but he only lasted 3 seconds and he asked me to get a hotel, but he stood me up. We talked after and everything seemed okay but he didn’t respond to anything flirty. We have over 2 decades of history and are friends. I don’t understand why he’d just stop.

If im checking someones posts and several times a day im into that person and i want more than friends with benefits. I might also give up at some point when im sure its not gonna happen. But thats just me. Another possibility people sometimes do things or stop doing them for no reason at all.
