How to deal with a difficult male co worker?

My male co worker is a fuckboi and womanizer. He is married but is good with flirting so has female friends. He never does any work and always relies on me to do tasks which I do because If no one does the task it fails and its important to me. And sometimes he is good I will give him that. But I helped him too.

But sometimes he is just toxic, he knows I am single and always makes fun of it. Makes sure to let me know all the 20 different girls that are dming him. Tells me it's a joke. But its effecting whatever little self confidence I had and demoralizing my work.

You could take Jennifer's approach and take an extended vacation 2 weeks and reset the status quo, which may work depending on how well you vs him are liked around the office.

Alternatively, smoke him. Aim at the weak points (his insecurities). I. e. oh you're strong, well you look like a fish n do some mocking movements. Hit him 50x harder than he hit you. Most importantly when he inevitably tries to fight you beat his ass - if you run the beat down will continue.
