I have a friend and he liked my best friend. She liked him too for a long time. They kissed, they went out but then she decided to end things between them. I think he really cared for her and he was so sweet and nice with her. They were really cute together and really wished them to be together. I really like this guy. He is good friend, he is funny, sweet, easy going. He is also pretty handsome cuz many girls were and still are interested in him. But now he doesn't want to even hear about pursuing a new relationship with a girl. Recently some random girl at bar asked me about him, if he is single and stuff. When I told him to go to get to know her he just laughed. That thing with my friend happened a year ago. He just hangs out with friends. He has many opportinities but he just looks so uninterested even when the girls are pretty. I know it is not my business but i think his attitude is just bad and he seems really like he wants to stay single forever which i think is pitty. What do you think about this kind of attitude?

I am curious about the disconnect between what you wrote "at bar" and your profile age, but that's not the answer to your question.
I think his attitude if fine, perhaps close to normal. I think two things: first, he was really hurt when she ended things (not saying she shouldn't have, just that he was hurt by it and maybe still is); and, second, he may still love/like/crush her. And that's okay. It takes time to get over someone (if you ever do) and, yes, as long as a year or more.
Just embrace who this guy is. It is your business in that you're an awesome friend and you clearly care. But as long as he's acting normal (whatever that is for him) and happy, let him be him. Just be his friend.
I am not from USA. In Europe it is different. Especially country where I am from. You can go but can't drink until 18 years old
Interesting! That's cool.
I think he wants some break from any relationship.
