I know a guy and he really one girl. They were seeing each other for a while but then she turned him down. He was really sad. He has more opportunities but he just doesn't care anymore. He could have many pretty girls but he is not interested. Always when someone brings up a girl in conversation for him or suggests him to approach some he just says what is the point and it will end up the same as last time. One girl broke his heart and he throws now all to the same bag.

Sounds like he got red-pilled. I know it sounds sad but if you're realistic about how many of the females are currently... unrealistic expectations, gold diggers, are eager to cheat, want to just "explore their options" until they're 35-40, and not settle into a relationship, etc... then you can't really blame the guy for sort of going MGTOW monk mode and just opting out of the drama and bullshit. Maybe the dude already learned his lesson... just is what it is.
