So my friend recently came out as a crossdresser but claims that he is still straight and likes girls. He came over to my house in austin a few weeks ago and he was making suggestive moves towards me. He said to me that he wished he was a real girl so that we can hangout more and that he can fly over to see me more often. I spoke with an work colleague and he says that this friend of mine sounds like he is secretly gay and that he is jealous of my girlfriend. I looked at his videos and he is acting really really weird. Is he gay if he is making these youtube videos and moves towards me?
I believe that he is "in transition" and does not really know yet where he belongs.
Crossdressing is perhaps the first of the necessary steps towards feeling well in his skin. I do believe that, deep inside, he is gay but has not yet accepted that fact. I presume that it takes some motivation to accept the fact that you are different and that you don't feel well in the body that was assigned to you at birth.
I also think that he is somehow fighting the transition, perhaps because of fear of what people think of him.
I believe that you should avoid giving him signals that may misinterpret or that can cause him more uncertainties as to what he is really.
